Monty A. Bruner, Ph.D.
President
Dr. Bruner is an environmental scientist with a strong background in biology, ecology, toxicology, site remediation, statistics, and data analysis. Dr. Bruner has over 15 years experience in environmental project management, research, and reporting. Dr. Bruner has conducted research and managed projects in more than 20 U.S. States as well as Canada, Mexico, Belize, Chile, and Argentina. Project management activities have included Phase I and II environmental site assessments, remediation system design, risk assessments, remedial investigations/feasibility studies, and asbestos and lead paint surveys and abatement projects.

Paul A. Shipman, Ph.D.
Senior Environmental Scientist
Dr. Shipman has over 16 years experience in environmental research and project management. Dr. Shipman has extensive experience in the development and application of new sensor technologies and cyber-infrastructure for cost-effective environmental monitoring and management. He has conducted a multitude of different types of ecological assessments and modeling projects across the country as well as Mexico and Belize. Dr. Shipman has extensive experience conducting surveys, monitoring, modeling, and developing management plans for a variety of different taxa as well as endangered species.
Guy W. Sewell, Ph.D.
Remediation
Dr. Sewell has over 20 years experience in project management and research and development of innovative remediation technologies for the treatment of hazardous waste in the environment. Dr. Sewell was a Research Scientist for the United States Environmental Protection Agency for more than 14 years and is a recognized expert worldwide in the development and use of in-situ treatment technologies.
Jackie L. Schroder, Ph.D.
Agricultural / Soil Sciences
Dr. Schroder is an environmental scientist/environmental chemist with a strong background in biology, mathematics, ecotoxicology, site remediation, statistics, and data analysis. Dr. Schroder has been involved in many projects focused on soil environmental chemistry and the effect of soil contaminants on human and ecological receptors. These projects included land application of waste materials (biosolids, animal wastes, and petroleum wastes), biogeochemical cycling, and transport of nutrients. He has worked closely with many government agencies during various projects including: the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, U.S. Golf Association, U.S. EPA Strategic Environment Research and Development Program, U.S. EPA Six-State Consortium on Animal Waste Management, U.S. EPA National Center for Environmental Assessment, U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development, and the U.S. Air Force Office of Scientific Research. Dr. Schroder has published over 20 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and is well versed in Best Management Practices regarding land application of waste products from confined animal feeding operations.
J.W. Peters
Construction and Infrastructure
Mr. Peters holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management Technology and has over 8 years experience in on-site construction management; estimating, bidding, contracting, and cost control. Mr. Peters previously worked as Director of Business Development for a large construction company where he was in charge of cost estimating, bidding, and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts. He has also worked as a Lead Field Engineer, Office Engineer, and/or Assistant Project Manager. Project experience includes Gallager-Iba Arena, Oklahoma State Capital Dome, FSA Surgical Center, and the Oklahoma History Center, among many others. Mr. Peters is certified as a Project Management Professional and Certified Professional Constructor. |
