Michael D. Noll, L.G.
Mr. Noll has over 22 years experience managing and conducting geologic and hydrogeologic investigations at a variety of solid and hazardous waste sites in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Mr. Noll has been a project manager for service station work with four major petroleum retailers over the past 20 years. He is familiar with underground storage tank (UST) and leaking UST regulations in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Mr. Noll has also managed petroleum hydrocarbon remediation work in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, and is knowledgeable in permit issues and soil and groundwater remediation technologies. He worked as an in-house project manager for a major petroleum company for 3 years, and as a contract environmental site manager for another major petroleum company for 2 ½ years.
Mr. Noll is a Washington-certified UST assessor, and has drilled and installed hundreds of groundwater monitoring and remediation wells. He has performed numerous Phase I and Phase II ESAs for public and private property owners and developers. Mr. Noll has managed large portfolios of over 100 environmental assessment/monitoring/remediation sites on multiple occasions, and has successfully coordinated work by several environmental consultants during multi-site due diligence and other assessment projects. He has a clear understanding of project management from the client’s perspective, and a proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and contractors.
